Endless expanses, colorful flowering meadows, crispy forests, a pleasantly fresh air, up to 12 hours of sun every day and then the magnificent view to the Dolomite peaks. Themed trails lead to fabulous castles or through vineyards and orchards. In the village to discover the local traditions, visit ancient farms, or calmly walking. Higher up, quiet alpine pastures, clear mountain lakes and more or less challenging trails. You will also find numerous huts and shelters, explorable by foot or bicycle, it is worth stopping to taste the typical local cuisine and at the same time enjoy the view. Laion and its surroundings are the ideal place to relax and recharge the batteries.

Sparkling snow crystals on the snow-covered slopes, in the background the white peaks of the Dolomites and above you the blue sky in the winter sun. Tranquility reigns supreme in the village, but even active and sporty guests find what they are looking for. Whether it's downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, on the sledge or just walking. The largest ski carousel in the world, the Sellaronda, is just a few kilometers away. Here, 1200 kilometers of slopes are just waiting to be skied. Skating or classic? 80 km of cross-country trails perfectly prepared await you on the nearby Alpe di Siusi. On the Resciesa, the local mountain of Laion, a six-km-long sledge run leads from the mountain station to Ortisei town. Guaranteed fun on the sledge.

Down payment
Reservations are only considered definitively if accompanied by a down payment.
Check-in / Check-out
The rooms are ready for occupation at 3 p.m. In case of an arrival after 6 p.m. please give phone notice. On the departure day the room has to be left at 10 a.m.
Cancellation policy
Reservations are only binding after written confirmation from us and after receipt of a down payment.
- Up to 31 days prior to arrival: the deposit will be kept by the hotel as cancellation fee.
- 30 to 8 days prior to arrival: 80% of the booked stay will be charged.
- 7 to 0 days prior to arrival: 90% of the booked stay will be charged.
In case of belated arrival or earlier departure, we calculate the entire reserved time of the stay. We recommend to all our guests to have travel cancellation insurance before their booking! This will cover all cancellation fees, including the deposit.
Trip cancellation insurance
Please do not forget to think about taking out travel insurance.
Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our trip cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung’s travel insurance.
